Robert Hoppenheim
CEO, Founder

Known for his bold, progressive thinking and aesthetic, Rob develops big ideas and platforms for cutting-edge startups, and iconic brands with global reach particularly in the luxury, beauty, fashion, hospitality and art/culture spaces.

With experience as a corporate lawyer, management consultant, and retail executive for a global fashion brand, Rob founded the branding and strategy advisory, KINDUSTRY, a company that works with global brands, organizations, and countries on where they go next to achieve growth or manage disruption. Social impact, purpose, and cultural relevance are important threads that run through KINDUSTRY’s work.

In addition to advising brands and groups such as CBS 60 Minutes, M.A.C Cosmetics / Estée Lauder Group, Sotheby’s, Four Seasons, Selfridge’s Group, the UN and the Clinton Foundation, Rob works with organizations on developing strategies, marketing platforms, cultural events, docu-series and social impact ventures.

Rob is also part of the Sotheby’s advisory board and sits on the boards of HIV/AIDS Foundations, museums dedicated to the Holocaust and Human Rights, and other philanthropic organizations. 

Rob has presented and moderated sessions at Clinton Global Initiative sessions on Post- Disaster Recovery in the Caribbean. He has also spent time on humanitarian missions in Latin America, Haiti, and South America, among other places.

Kelsey Savin
Director

Kelsey brings a modern, tech-savvy, and fashion-and-culture centric approach to her work at KINDUSTRY. 

A native of South Africa, Kelsey spent her formative years in Australia and has since lived in the United States, Italy, and currently, London. Upon completing her Master's in Strategic Fashion Marketing at the London College of Fashion, Kelsey's fascination with the intersection of luxury and technology deepened. She places a specific emphasis on utilizing technology to reinforce strategic brand visions and advance social and environmental initiatives.

Kelsey's professional journey encompasses leadership roles at leading content and social media agencies in Australia, and her formative years as a fashion stylist in Brisbane, Milan, and, London.

Driven by a passion for philanthropy, Kelsey actively engages in global impact projects. She has collaborated with PhD students on a project that aimed at up-skilling garment workers in Cambodia, and aims to make impact as an integral part of all her work.

Staying curious is a central part of her work at KINDUSTRY, as is working with the array of fascinating and visionary companies and leaders the advisory engages with.
